We accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, cheque, or direct deposit.

With cheque payments, orders will be sent out when the cheque has been cleared. It usually takes 3~4 working days after we deposit the cheque. Please write the cheque to:

Delivery

We can send the goods to you by COD or courier.

C.O.D. - Cash on Delivery by Australia Post

We send your order by Australia Post to your local post office. When the goods arrive your post office will notify you, and you can pay them to pick up the goods. Postal charges will be added by Australia Post and it varies depending on your location and the delivery quantity (charges are usually between $10 - $100). Deliver takes anywhere between 1-6 days.

Courier

We send the good via Couriers Please or Fastway. Delivery charges are usually between $10 - $100 and can take between 1-5 days. Also customers can organize their own couriers to pick up goods from us.

Note: Pricing does not include any delivery insurance. Please email or phone to have these applied to your order.

WARRANTY & RETURN

The majority of products sold at BigBen Computers Pty Ltd if found defective need to be returned to our shop in Sydney, please contact us if you are uncertain of this procedure before retuning your goods. If the products you have purchased are covered by a local manufacturers warranty you will have to contact them and arrange the necessary return particulars. see Manufacturers Details. We also recommend checking your warranty registration cards for terms and conditions; in most cases they should have the appropriate numbers and details for your return.

On Site Service provided by manufacturers warranty Refers to the pickup service warranted by the manufacturers agent to pick up your faulty goods located within your metropolitan area. Please note if you are located outside of the manufacturers or agents covered area you will have to arrange the delivery and return of your goods.

Limited Warranty

We provide a 1 year return to base limited warranty that applies to the date of purchase on your tax invoice. The limited warranty applies to new computer parts and systems only.

Our 14 day replacement policy is only applicable to faulty computer parts and does not include computer systems or consumable goods i.e. printers. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the correct goods are ordered. All goods sold are non refundable after 14 days of the invoice. Restocking charges of 10% apply to goods returned within 14 days of the invoice date.

Extent of Limited Warranty

We are not responsible for any software conflicts caused by hardware purchased from BBC Technology Pty Ltd. The warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use and does not apply to:

* Improper or inadequate maintenance
* Interfacing not supplied by BigBen Computers Pty Ltd
* Unauthorized modification or misuse
* Operation outside the products environment specifications
* Improper site preparation or maintenance

Warranty Procedures

Repair or replacement of faulty parts or computer systems. Refunds are only applicable to components in RMA status that are not longer available or cannot be repaired. Funds retuned will be of current estimated market value of the computer components not of the original purchase price.

Note:Warranty period is from the original purchase date and is not extendable if the product is repaired or has been replaced.
